Six Weeks Before Paul's Death

As the Walker family grieves, they hold on to very recent, fond memories of their time spent with Paul.
Six weeks before the "Fast & Furious" actor's tragic death, Paul served as best man in his brother Caleb's wedding. The entire Walker family gathered on Oct. 19 at Dove Canyon Country Club in Orange County, California, where Caleb wed his longtime girlfriend, Stephanie.
In one touching photo, Paul, 40, appears happier than ever standing beside Caleb, 36. The siblings both wore three-piece gray suits and looked incredibly handsome for the special occasion. Also part of the 14-person wedding party was Paul's youngest brother, Cody, 25.

Caleb and his bride were seen at the Walker family house this week, as was a very distraught Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, 23, whom Paul dated on and off for seven years.
In addition to "Fast & Furious 7," which had production indefinitely shut down Wednesday, Paul was also starring in an ad campaign for Colcci that was due to launch later this month.
The high-end Brazilian clothes and accessories company announced that it would be shelving the images taken of the Hollywood actor modeling its Winter 2014 collection out of respect for his family. However, Colcci released three images on its Facebook page as a tribute to the actor.
Walker's father, Paul Sr., briefly addressed the media this week.
"I'm just glad that every time I saw him, I told him I loved him and he would say the same thing to me," he told L.A.'s CBS2, holding back tears. "You can’t beat friends at a time like this. His brothers are all taking it pretty hard."
Paul is also survived by his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.

Forbes Says Don't Buy Xbox One
Why you say?Forbes contributor Patrick Moorhead recently shared his thoughts after buying and using the new Xbox One for a while, and the verdict isn’t good.
“I have been impressed with just about every new game console for one reason or another and have been a long-time Xbox player,” Moorhead began in his article. “I’m really sorry to say that the Microsoft Xbox One ‘Day One’ Edition just didn’t impress me like prior generations, and I think you are probably better off waiting it out until the current situation changes. I admit, this could be my over-expectations or truly an under-delivery, but at any rate, let me hopefully provide some insight here.”
In other words, don’t buy the Xbox One this holiday season.
The analyst then laid out his complaints and some of them are very fair. Others are a questionable at best. His first complaint, for example, is the fact that the console itself is gigantic. ”When just about everyone else in consumer electronics went svelte, the Xbox One went huge,” Moorhead griped. “It’s almost as if it were designed for a decade before Apple TVs, Rokus, iPads and Mac Airs existed. By the tape, even without the massive power brick, the Xbox One is 60% larger than the Sony PS4 which doesn’t need a power brick, 35% larger than its 360 ‘Slim’ predecessor, and 32X larger than an Apple TV that doesn’t need a power brick.”
He’s clearly correct, but luckily gamers don’t have to hold the Xbox One itself while playing. This isn’t a Nintendo DSi. It sits on a shelf and goes untouched until the user inserts or removes a disc. In fact, gamers don’t even have to touch the box to turn it on and off anymore thanks to Kinect.
Moving on, the analyst also noted a less-than-impressive bump in graphics quality, antiquated Kinect voice controls, the high price tag for the console and necessary add-ons, and the short list of currently available games among his top complaints about the Xbox One. In the end, he said that he and his son both got bored with the Xbox very quickly and he recommends that consumers skip Microsoft’s new console for at least a year until some or all of the aforementioned issues are ironed out.
Leave The Room For Amanda Bynes
Amanda Bynes's road to recovery will continue in the comfort of her parents' Los Angeles home.
The 27-year-old former actress has concluded her treatment at a Malibu, California, facility, and is now living with her mother and father for the next phase of her recovery process. Bynes was photographed walking with her parents, Rick and Lynn, in California on Thursday. She wore a sweater with "Gang$ter Love" written on it and covered her short hair with a baseball cap.
"Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day," the family's lawyer Tamar Arminak told People magazine in a statement. "Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She's very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared."
As for what the "Hairspray" star's future holds professionally, she will pursue fashion, which is something she's been talking about for several years since she announced she was quitting acting. The L.A. native is looking at colleges in hopes of majoring in fashion design and eventually starting a clothing line.
"Amanda and her entire family would like to thank everyone who's contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda's recovery," the statement said.
The Nickelodeon alum was involuntarily placed in a psychiatric hospital in July after using gasoline to set a fire in the driveway of a stranger's home in her parents' L.A. suburb. When police found her, she was wearing a blond wig, white shirt, black sweat pants, and had a backpack holding her pet Chihuahua, which had been soaked with gas during the incident.
After spending two months in UCLA Medical Center's mental-health facility, during which time she was put under a conservatorship controlled by her mother, she moved to a treatment center in Malibu in late September. At the posh facility, she was able to stroll the 120-acre property, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, and ride horses.
Amanda started to spiral out of control a year before the fire incident, beginning with a DUI arrest in April 2012 followed by two hit-and-runs. She then moved to New York City, where she was arrested on drug charges for allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36-floor window. She documented all of her personal drama on Twitter, where her bizarre rants and posts often made headlines.
As Amanda now continues to get better, her lawyer said that her mother, Lynn Bynes, will remain as her conservator, overseeing her finances, much of which she drained over the last year, as well as all decisions pertaining to her health.
Order At McDonald's,Get A Bag Full Of Cash Instead
"Honey, you're not going to believe this."

That was what Greg Terry told his wife, Stacye, when he opened a bag after returning home from a recent trip to the McDonald's drive-thru in Hermitage, Tenn., with what they thought was their breakfast order.

Instead, it was thousands of dollars in cash wrapped in clear plastic bags — a bank deposit that had been placed in a paper bag and mistakenly given to the Terrys by a McDonald's drive-thru employee.

When the couple realized what it was, they decided to return it.

"The second that [Greg] said it was their deposit, my first [response] was, 'Let's get in the truck and take it back,'" Stacye told Tennessee's Newschannel 5. "There is no other way to have it. I couldn't live with myself."

Both McDonald's and the employee were grateful for the Terrys' honesty.

"We are grateful for this customer and the action they took upon realizing our error," Phil Gray, owner and operator of the Hermitage McDonald's, said in a statement. "We are looking in to why this mistake happened, but what is most important to us is knowing that we are part a community with the values that were evidenced by this person's actions."

The Terrys were not given a reward, except for a great story to tell.

"This will never, ever happen again in our lifetime," Greg Terry said.
Superhero Clash In A Wedding
While the guests looked slightly shocked, it wasn't all that surprising when successful video game developer Adam Bohn (better known by his online persona Artix von Krieger) lived out his action-hero fantasies during his recent wedding to his girlfriend Michelle Chang. "Everybody was expecting something," Bohn tells Yahoo Shine. "They just didn't know how far we'd go." A video (shot by Fairytale Productions) posted on Wednesday captures the mayhem.Fortunately, Bohn and his groomsmen wore armor over their tuxedos, and the bridesmaids had boned up on their martial arts and head-butting skills. When the knight tried to kidnap the bride, Chang handed her hero a sword and cried, "Get him, babe!"—launching an epic sword fight. The wedding party deflected the interlopers like a fly swatter smacks a gnat and the festivities continued — until legendary WWE Manager Jimmy Hart sauntered in wearing a custom white suit festooned with bright red hearts to stop the fight. Bohn says the Catholic priest presiding over the ceremony was completely unfazed and just happened to be a fan of old-school wrestling.

Bohn and Chang met five years ago — he won't say how. "The story is, I saved her from a burning building," he laughs. He adds, "She was the only girl who I've ever met who hasn't called me weird." It took the couple about nine months to organize their wedding. Bohn says he got the idea from in-game weddings (role-playing video games online) that his company hosts when staffers get married. These events attract thousands, if not tens of thousands, of gamers. "The real wedding was an imitation of what we do in video games — there are always wedding crashers," he said. The couple's nuptials were unconventional, but not their relationship. "Michelle and I are going to grow old and die together. We're pretty traditional and our core values keep us together," said Bohn. On Friday, December 13, Bohn and Chang (aka Artix and Trini) will recreate their wedding in-game in AdventureQuest Worlds.
